General Return Policy

PC-TECK Informatique offers a 7-day return period and a 30-day exchange period for most defective items. 

Refund requests must include the original packaging along with the contents, including accessories, guides, and any gift or code received at the time of purchase. All items must be in an original and resalable condition, including the original software and operating system, and accompanied by the original invoice. Incomplete or physically damaged products will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling fees if applicable.

Note: Confirmation of defect by the manufacturer might be necessary for certain products before processing the return.

Custom PC builds cannot be exchanged. Only defective parts of the build can be exchanged.

Downloadable keys and products are not refundable or exchangeable.

Burn-in pixels in monitors, portable monitors, tablets, and televisions fall under the manufacturers' policy.

Returns for Bundle Deals

Certain items sold by PC-Teck Informatique are bundled together with two or more products and sold at a discounted price. All bundles must be returned with all components and in working condition. PC-Teck Informatique will not process returns for individual items that are part of a bundle. If you wish to return an item sold as part of a bundle, the item must adhere to the return and exchange policy, and the entire bundle must be returned. If you wish to exchange a defective item sold as part of a bundle, the item must adhere to the return and exchange policy, after which it will be exchanged for the same item.
